Payments are made after the completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Service prices vary based on the complexity, duration, and type of project selected.

Once the service has been completed and accepted, the corresponding payment becomes non-refundable.

4. Refund and Rework Policy

As ePrinter Solutions provides custom, service-based digital work, refunds are not available after service delivery beacause the service was done in REAL TIME.

However, in the unlikely event of an issue or error in the service provided, Dsktex Solutions will resolve or correct the issue at no additional cost to the customer.

Clients are encouraged to clearly communicate their requirements before the project begins to ensure full satisfaction.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information related to their project.

Any delays caused by missing information, approvals, or assets from the client may extend the delivery timeline.

Upon full payment, all rights to the completed work (website, code, or digital product) are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

ePrinter Solutions reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

ePrinter Solutions will not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Issues resulting from third-party integrations or tools beyond our control.
